Who is behind Insightful, and why?

Insightful was created by Molly Sider. Molly has interviewed a myriad of individuals in their 40s through 80s. Often, these individuals came to her worried that they had nothing to say, and they left feeling like their voice mattered and that their story was making a difference.

We’re here because we believe your story deserves to be heard, and it is our mission to ensure your impact will never be forgotten.

Molly Sider is a podcaster, speaker, and life coach, but she is mostly a storyteller. She began her storytelling journey when she felt disconnected and alone and was afraid she might feel that way forever. As a creative who has always enjoyed sharing stories, Molly signed up for a storytelling class. Inspired by that class, she soon took the stage to share true, personal narratives in front of audiences.

It changed her life.

Molly went from feeling terrified of revealing herself to experiencing the transformative power of vulnerability. In other words, once Molly began to share parts of her story, she began to shed her shame and loneliness. What she learned was that if she was having an emotional experience, most likely, someone else in the room had experienced something similar. Molly shared, they listened, everyone connected, and all left with the enormous relief of feeling seen.

Now, as an ICF-accredited certified professional life coach, podcast producer, podcast host and guest on countless others, inspirational/educational speaker, and creator of Insightful Videos, Molly is helping others experience that same feeling.
